How we install a new door
Repair is most of what we do. A new door takes more planning, so we do the planning with you. We measure the opening ourselves, including the headroom and side room the tracks need, so the door we order fits your garage. We bring door and finish samples to your driveway so you can see the color against your stucco and trim in real sunlight, and we talk through insulation, because a west-facing door in Mesa needs it and a shaded one may not. If your community has an HOA, we help with the approval paperwork before anything is ordered.
On install day we hang the door, set the springs to the door's actual weight, tune the opener, and cycle it until it runs quiet. Have a look at recent installs and repairs across the Valley, and read what our warranty covers before you decide.
