Learn MoreMaterials we install
- Steel
- The most popular choice for Arizona homes. Durable, low-maintenance, and available in a wide range of styles and colors. Insulated steel doors help keep your garage cooler in the summer heat.
- Aluminum
- Lightweight and rust-resistant, with a contemporary look. Great for modern homes and full-view glass panel designs. Not as insulating as steel, but excellent for covered garages.
- Wood
- Beautiful and classic, with a natural warmth that no other material matches. Requires more maintenance in Arizona's dry climate, but the curb appeal is hard to beat for the right home.
Insulation matters in Arizona
With summer temperatures regularly exceeding 110°F in the Valley, an insulated garage door can make a real difference. An uninsulated door turns your garage into an oven, which affects everything stored inside, makes the attached rooms harder to cool, and drives up your energy bills. We carry doors with a range of insulation options, and we'll help you choose the right level for your situation.
HOA compliance
Many Valley communities have HOA guidelines governing garage door styles, colors, and materials. We're familiar with the requirements in communities across Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, and beyond. We'll help you choose a door that meets your HOA's standards so there are no surprises after installation.
Warranty
Every door we install comes with the manufacturer's warranty on the door itself, plus our own workmanship warranty on the installation. Visit our warranty page for full details.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a new garage door cost?
The cost of a new garage door depends on size, material, insulation, style, and features. Installation is included in our quotes. We'll give you a clear estimate during your free consultation.
How long does installation take?
A standard single-door installation usually takes 3 to 4 hours. A double door or a more complex installation may take 4 to 6 hours. We aim to complete every job in a single visit.
Do I need a new opener with a new door?
Not always. If your current opener is in good condition and has enough horsepower for the new door, it can often be reused. If your opener is aging, this is a great time to upgrade. We'll assess your opener during the consultation and give you our honest recommendation.
Can I keep my existing tracks?
In some cases, yes. If the new door is the same size and uses the same track type as the old one, we may be able to reuse the existing tracks. In most full replacements, though, new tracks are recommended to ensure proper fit, smooth operation, and full warranty coverage.
What brands do you carry?
We work with the industry's top manufacturers. During your consultation, we'll show you options that best fit your style and budget.
