1. Agreement to Terms
By using this website or scheduling service with Brenner Garage Door, LLC (“Brenner,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Terms
Brenner Garage Door provides garage door repair, installation, maintenance, and related services to residential customers in the Phoenix metro area of Arizona.
- All work is performed by our trained, background-checked technicians.
- We provide a written quote before any work begins. No work proceeds without your approval.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Material costs are subject to change after that period.
- We reserve the right to decline service if we determine the job is unsafe or outside our scope of work.
3. Scheduling & Appointments
- Appointments are confirmed by phone or email. We provide a 2-hour arrival window for all scheduled visits.
- Same-day service is offered based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Emergency service outside regular business hours is subject to an emergency service fee, disclosed at time of dispatch.
- We ask for reasonable notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. Last-minute cancellations (less than 2 hours) may be subject to a trip fee.
4. Payment
- Payment is due at time of service completion.
- We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
- For installation projects requiring custom materials, a deposit may be required when materials are ordered.
- Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee.
- Accounts 30+ days past due are subject to a 1.5% monthly late charge.
5. Warranty
Our warranty terms are described in full on our Warranty page. In summary:
- All labor carries a 90-day workmanship warranty.
- Parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty, passed through to you.
- Warranty coverage is void if the equipment is modified, abused, or serviced by a third party after our work.
6. Customer Responsibilities
To enable safe and efficient service, you agree to:
- Provide safe and clear access to the garage and work area.
- Disclose any known hazards or prior repairs to our technician before work begins.
- Be present or have an authorized adult present during the service visit.
- Inform us of any HOA rules or property restrictions that may affect our work.
7. Limitation of Liability
Brenner Garage Door’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions discovered during service that were not caused by our work, though we will inform you of any such conditions we observe.
8. Safety Warning
Garage door springs, cables, and counterbalance systems are under extreme tension and can cause serious injury or death if improperly handled. Do not attempt to service, adjust, or repair these components yourself. Always use a licensed, trained professional.
