The homeowner backed into this Mesa door and two of its four sections were too badly damaged to save. We replaced it top to bottom with a more durable insulated raised-panel double door in a warm tan that ties into the stucco trim — the same classic look, now crisp and sturdier than before.

The motor on this Mesa home's old LiftMaster finally gave out after years of Arizona duty. We replaced it with a new smart opener — built-in camera, bright LED lighting, and phone control — quieter and more secure than the unit it retired.

Insulated Garage Door Replacement — Alta Mesa — July, 2026
This Alta Mesa double door had been on the house since the 1980s — dented lower panels, worn hardware, and dated sunburst windows. The homeowners had just added a mini-split to cool the garage, so we replaced the door top to bottom with an insulated short-panel door and a fresh bottom seal to keep that cool air in.

Broken Torsion Spring Replacement — Mesa — July, 2026
A snapped torsion spring left this Mesa homeowner's car trapped in the garage late on a Friday evening — you can see the gap in the coils where the spring gave out. We were out within the hour, and a spring replacement with high-cycle oil-tempered springs and a fresh balance had the door lifting smoothly again.

Replaced both tan builder-grade doors on this three-car garage with insulated carriage-style doors — crisp white panels and black decorative hardware. A new door installation that lifted the whole front of the house.

This Apache Junction door faced west and radiated the afternoon heat straight into the garage. We replaced it with a highly insulated steel-back long-panel door that cuts heat transfer through the Arizona summers and gives the home's entry a crisp, modern curb-appeal boost.
