What we found

What we did

The DC drive runs noticeably quieter than the old AC units, and this one adds a built-in camera, bright LED lighting for the garage, and phone control so the homeowner can open, close, and check the door from anywhere. We had the old motor down and the new one installed and programmed in the same visit — no second trip, no days without a working door.
How it turned out
