Albert with Brenner Garage Door in Mesa AZ repaired damage to my garage door after I backed my car into it. Previous garage door company declined to repair damage, but instead tried to upsell to a new door costing over five thousand dollars. Albert did a terrific job and repaired the damaged door to like new condition without the high cost of a new door. I am extremely happy with Brenner Garage Door and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to fix or install a new garage door.

I found Brenner Garage Door through a referral from another contractor who had seen the work BGD was doing on another job and said he really liked their work. This was right after I "accidentally" backed into my old garage door and hadn't looked into garage door companies yet. I called for an estimate and Albert was here in a few hours. He walked me through everything and the estimate was for less than I expected. On the day of my garage door installation, they were at my home early, got right to work, and were done in a few hours. My entire garage door and opener were replaced. It looks and works fantastic! Albert, Cameron, and Charlie were courteous and very efficient!

Excellent--Excellent service, workmanship and materials used. I'm a picky person and I'm really pleased with what they did for me. I had a lot of work done. Almost a collapsed door. Albert was my tech. He gave me options, didnt try to upsell me, fixed my garage door, was a pleasure being around. I chose them on a dice roll with only a good feeling when reading their home page. It was a good choice. When I need my garage door replaced, a couple years yet, this is who I'm calling.

Today I needed a new bearing installed into the torsion bar bearing plate. I am a DIY homeowner although the process to install the bearing required a specialized tool. I contacted Brenner Garage Door and brought in the part. Without hesitation they assisted me with the process and when I asked how much they stated no charge. This is not the first time I have used Brenner Garage. I had a door installed in a rental home a year ago and I was thoroughly impressed with the service. Albert repaired my garage door the same day my spring broke a few years ago and also serviced my lift motor and sensors while he was at it. This extended my systems life by a few years until I was better positioned to upgrade the entire system. Fast forward to last month, it was time to upgrade my garage doors and lift motors to insulated garage doors, so I called Albert back. I got a couple other quotes as well but ultimately; I went with Albert. The job is now done, and he provided excellent service and quality for a competitive price. Call Albert and you get Albert, not some big corporation that puts you on hold and charges you a service fee for every question.
