90 Days on All Workmanship
If something we repaired or installed fails due to our workmanship within 90 days, we'll come back and fix it at no charge. No argument, no runaround — just a callback and a return visit.

Parts Warranty
Manufacturer Warranty Passed Through
We use parts from trusted manufacturers. Manufacturer warranties vary by component; we'll communicate the specific coverage for each part used in your service before any work begins.

Opener Warranty
Full Manufacturer Warranty
Openers we install carry the full manufacturer warranty. Specific coverage varies by model — your technician will explain the applicable warranty when presenting your estimate. We handle warranty claims on your behalf; just call us.
What's not covered
We want to be upfront about the limits of our warranty so there are no surprises. The following are outside our warranty coverage:
- Damage caused by misuse, impact, or accidents (e.g., backing a vehicle into the door)
- Normal wear and tear on consumable components (e.g., weatherstripping over time)
- Damage caused by extreme weather events (hail, flooding, windstorms)
- Issues resulting from work done by another company after our service
- Cosmetic wear that doesn't affect function (fading, minor surface scratches)
- Parts not supplied or installed by Brenner Garage Door

2. We Schedule a Return Visit
We'll book you for a return visit, typically same day or next day.
3. Fixed, No Charge
If the issue is covered under warranty, we fix it at no charge. Simple as that. Your satisfaction is what matters.
