Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 11, 2026 · Brenner Garage Door, LLC · Mesa, AZ
1. Who We Are
Brenner Garage Door, LLC (“Brenner,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a garage door repair, installation, and maintenance company serving the Phoenix metropolitan area. Our primary website is brennergaragedoor.com.
We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or contact us, how we use it, and your rights.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you fill out our contact form, schedule service form, or call us, we may collect:
- Your name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Service address
- Description of the service you need
- Preferred appointment date and time
We only collect information you voluntarily provide. You are never required to give us more than what is needed to book or complete your service.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our server logs may record basic technical data when you visit: your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the time of your visit. We use this only to maintain and improve the site — not to identify individual visitors.
In addition, the advertising and chat tools described in section 5 collect some technical data automatically through cookies and similar technologies. Section 6 explains how to opt out.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Contact you to schedule or confirm appointments
- Provide the garage door service you requested
- Follow up on a completed job if needed
- Send you a service reminder if you’ve opted in
We do not send unsolicited marketing emails. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
4. How We Protect Your Information
Your information is stored securely and accessible only to Brenner Garage Door staff who need it to perform services. We do not store payment information on our systems — all payments are handled at time of service.
Our website uses HTTPS encryption to protect data in transit.
5. Third-Party Services
We're a small local business, but like most businesses today we advertise online — and that means our website uses a few third-party tools. We'd rather tell you exactly what they are than hide behind vague language. Here's the full list:
- Google Ads conversion tracking (gtag) — helps us know when our Google ads actually lead to a call or a scheduled appointment, so we're not wasting our advertising budget. Google may set cookies and collect your IP address and pages visited. See Google's privacy policy.
- Microsoft Advertising (Bing) UET tag — does the same job for our Microsoft/Bing ads. Microsoft may set cookies and collect similar visit data. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
- Microsoft Clarity — loaded through the Microsoft Advertising tag; captures how visitors interact with our pages (clicks, scrolling, session replays) so we can find and fix usability problems. Clarity may set cookies and collect device and usage data. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
- Meta Pixel — measures whether our Facebook and Instagram ads work, and may be used to show our ads to people who visited this site. Meta may set cookies and collect your IP address and pages visited, and this data may be associated with your Meta account if you have one. See Meta's privacy policy.
- LeadConnectorHQ chat widget — powers the chat bubble you may see on our pages, so you can message us directly. Anything you type in the chat, plus basic technical data, is processed by LeadConnector. See LeadConnector's privacy policy.
- Amazon Web Services (SES) — when you submit our contact or scheduling forms, your submission is delivered to us as email through Amazon's Simple Email Service. AWS processes the message contents in transit as our email processor. See AWS's privacy notice.
These tools help us measure advertising and talk with you — we don't use them to sell your information, and we never will.
6. Cookies & How to Opt Out
The advertising tools above use cookies and similar technologies (like the Meta Pixel's tiny invisible image) to recognize your browser across visits. None of this is required to use our site — the forms and phone numbers work fine with cookies blocked.
If you'd rather not be tracked, you have options:
- Browser settings — every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, and most offer a private/incognito mode.
- Google — manage ad personalization at My Ad Center.
- Microsoft — opt out at Microsoft's ad settings.
- Meta — adjust your ad preferences if you have a Facebook or Instagram account.
- Industry-wide — opt out of many participating ad networks at once via YourAdChoices.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Ask us what information we have about you
- Request that we correct or delete your information
- Opt out of any follow-up communications at any time
To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@brennergaragedoor.com, call (480) 520-9000, or use our contact page.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for adults managing their own homes. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.
9. Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page. We won’t try to sneak changes past you.
